In vitro screening of potato genotypes for osmotic stress tolerance – QUEST-LFS – Leibniz Universität Hannover
www.quest-lfs.uni-hannover.de/de/forschung/publikationen/details/fis-details/publ/54f2e1a3-107f-4da9-b3f5-df5bf22161c8

Some of these genotypes had been previously identified as drought tolerant under field conditions, suggesting the capacity of the in vitro evaluation method to predict drought stress tolerant genotypes. Most of the genotypes collected from Ethiopia were found to be susceptible to osmotic stress, except one farmers cultivar Dadafa and two improved varieties Zemen and Belete .

www.quest-lfs.uni-hannover.de/de/forschung/publikationen/details/fis-details/publ/764f4064-cc57-4ab1-87f1-c742c6843101

Protoplast isolation and plant regeneration of different genotypes of Petunia and calibrachoa verfasst von L. Meyer, M. Serek, T. Winkelmann Abstract Protoplasts were isolated from leaves of in vitro grown shoot cultures of different Petunia and Calibrachoa genotypes by enzyme digestion with 0.6 macerozyme R 10 and 2.0 cellulase R 10. Shoot regeneration was achieved in five out of nine Calibrachoa and three out of four Petuni...

The genotypes could be grouped into four main clusters. While Faccioli et al. 2000 were able to classify the genotypes by origin of the cultivar, no such relation was found in the present work. Yellow flower colour, assumed to originate from only a few genetic sources was found in all four major clusters. However, within the clusters these genotypes were grouped together. Overall genetic distances among Osteosper mum...

Our results show that before drought exposure, there was malate content oscillation between day and night in both genotypes’ stems (Fig. With increasing drought stress, malate content increased in stems of both genotypes (Fig. The highest malate oscillation between day and night at stem level for genotype Morocco was 68.75% in VWC 15% whereas for genotype Senegal it was 69.55% at VWC 10%. 3.5 Rubber content ...

IL 10 gene G 1082A, TNF gene G 308A and IL 6 gene G 174C polymorphisms were determined by polymerase chain reaction PCR amplification. Results: The genotype distribution of the investigated polymorphisms was similar in patients and controls ns . The age of donor and the recipient, the number of HLA mismatches and cold and warm ischemic time did not difier among patients with different genotypes ns . No association between cyt...

Genetic analysis of callus formation in a diversity panel of 96 rose genotypes authored by Thi Hong Nhung Nguyen, Traud Winkelmann, Thomas Debener Abstract In a diversity panel of 96 rose genotypes, variation in the capacity to form calluses on leaf explants in vitro was investigated, and a genome wide association study GWAS was performed to identify genetic factors associated with callus formation. Calluses were induced from...
