Expression studies in tetrapyrrole biosynthesis Inverse maxima of magnesium chelatase and ferrochelatase activity during cyclic photoperiods verfasst von Jutta Papenbrock, Hans Peter Mock, Elisabeth Kruse, Bernhard Grimm Abstract The synthesis of tetrapyrroles is regulated in anticipation of rhythmic changes in environmental conditions such as light intensity and temperature.
Technical notes on oral expression On this page we present you in detail the procedure of the oral expression at the TestDaF. Unfortunately, there are always technical problems or delays in the course of the exam, because the participants have questions about how to use the technology.

Photosynthetic redox control of nuclear gene expression authored by Vidal Fey, Raik Wagner, Katharina Bräutigam, Thomas Pfannschmidt Abstract Chloroplasts contain 3000 4000 different proteins but only a small subset of them is encoded in the plastid genome while the majority is encoded in the nucleus. Expression of these genes therefore requires a high degree of co ordination between nucleus and chloroplast. This is achieved ...

Protein synthesis rates from COSEM are integrated with further relevant covariates such as translation accuracy into a protein expression score that we use for codon optimization. The scoring algorithm further enables fine tuning of protein expression including deoptimization and is implemented in the software OCTOPOS. The protein expression score produces competitive predictions on proteomic data from prokaryotic, e...

Geochemical expression of sequence stratigraphic surfaces A case from Upper Cretaceous shallow water carbonates of southeastern Neo Tethys margin, SW Iran verfasst von Hamzeh Mehrabi, Amin Navidtalab, Hossain Rahimpour Bonab, Ulrich Heimhofer Abstract Providing a chronostratigraphic framework often is problematic in shallow marine carbonates with poor biostratigraphic resolution.
Investigation of the expression subspace reveals an inherent low dimensional substructure, and further, a star shaped structure. This is due to two novel findings. 1 Increasing the strength of one emotion approximately forms a linear trajectory in the subspace. 2 All these trajectories intersect at a single point not at the neutral expression as assumed by almost all prior works but at an apathetic expression.
